Complete characteristic equestrian accommodation for the professional horse keeper .
The accommodation consists of up to three outdoor arenas, two indoors , covered lunging circle and covered six horse treadmill. There is also a racecourse. A big plus to this accommodation is generous grassland and several sand paddocks for the horses. This accommodation has an environmental permit for keeping 80 horses. House

Commercial buildings
Riding hall 1:
The riding hall was built around 2003 with steel trusses and wooden purlins and provided with a roof with translucent plates. The dimensions of the riding hall are 21.00 x 61.00 meters. Equipped with a ridge height of about 8:40 a m a wall plate height of about 4:44 m. The hall is equipped with retaining walls, large doors, sprinkler system and fluorescent fixtures . It is directly accessible from the adjacent stable space.
Lobby
This generously designed foyer was built in 2003 with brick walls and is slightly elevated compared to the water level. Equipped with a very solid bar with kitchen equipment with a beautiful view of the outdoor arena and terrace. The foyer also has a separate ladies and gents toilet and a disabled toilet.
There is also a separate group box. The object is provided with a beverage and catering permit . The surface of the foyer is 200m2. There are some (trainee) rooms above the foyer. Equipped with its own central heating boiler from 2016. No rental rights can be derived from this.
Barn area 1
Built in 2003. This barn has a corrugated iron roof with a skylight. There is also natural ventilation through the opening ridge of the stables. This stable space consists of 58 hold boxes with an open bar rack. The layout of the stables provides plenty of light and complies with the current standard set by the sector council, namely hygiene and safety. There is a wide walkway between the stables, which provides good accessibility.
The aisle gives access to the indoor riding school and the outdoor area. These stables have spacious care areas and adjacent saddle rooms that offer the possibility to safely store saddles and accessories .
The surface is approx. 1,262m2 and the ridge height is approx. 4.95m.
Riding hall 2
This hall is located on the right side of the above-mentioned stable space and is around 1980 equipped with an asbestos-containing corrugated iron roof with skylight and a neat roadway floor. This track gives access to the outside area. The dimensions of this riding hall are approximately 20.00 x 40.00 meters.
The wall plate height is approx. 4.24 m and the ridge height approx. 8.07 m. At the front of the hall is a separate lounge. This lounge is equipped with a neat kitchen / pantry, washing machine and dryer, fully tiled shower room, partly tiled toilet, living / living room and some bedrooms with laminate floors. Equipped with its own central heating boiler from 2016.
In front of the hall and next to this hall, 28 horse boxes have also been realized, some of which are under a shelter.
Fourage hall
At the back right of the yard is a former forage hall of approximately 11.83 x 26.77 = 318m2. Wall plate height is approximately 5 meters. Vv partly stone and partly sheet pile walls. Currently equipped with 18 emergency stables or quarantine stables. For this fouragehal is later, a half-open strohok disposed with a size of about 8 11m x = ca 88m2.
Outside area
There are more than enough fenced meadows with an area of approximately 3 ha. available for the run of horses. The meadows consist of sandy soil with good water drainage. There is also a training / walker to give 6 horses movement at the same time , it has several functions to indicate speeds.
